Here are all of Issa's filmed efforts, from his first experimental short installed at the Queens Museum, through his series of full-length films. All with original music and a narrative of love, loss, merriment and mental health concerns.

After the successful screening of his politically charged 6-minute experimental film Dreaming in Black & White at the Queens Museum of Art in 2002, Ibrahim continued his interest in film. Using a mock therapeutic backdrop married to the music video idiom he presented an award-winning autobiographical 48-minute musical documentary titled Patients Rites. He has made many other musical documentaries, Pop Music Voodoo about the rise of fascism, MAD LOVE about his long-time love with his artist partner, Queens Homecoming dealing with his complicated relationship with Queens, NY, the ambitious Cosmic Knockout, attempting to make sense of his schizophrenic mind, and Portrait of An Artist, co-created with documentarian geo geller that was 20 year in the making.
